Lisa Marie Presley was the only child of rock legend Elvis. She died Thursday at 54. Presley suffered a suspected heart attack and was rushed to hospital.

As executor of her ex husband’s estate, Presley’s mother co-founded Elvis Presley Enterprises. This company managed all Elvis image rights and royalties, making Graceland a tourist destination. 

She was eligible to inherit her father’s fortune in 1993. Instead, she used the funds to create the Elvis Presley Trust, which focuses on managing the estate.

Her celebrity relationships and her two-year marriage with Michael Jackson in 1994, which was described as her union with the kings of rock n’ pop, intensified the spotlight on her life. She was briefly married in 2002 to Nicolas Cage, an actor.

Presley married Danny Keough 1998. They had a daughter and a son together before she divorced in 1994. She married Michael Lockwood in 2006. They had twin girls before she split in 2016.
